Fastest way to get help: include your device model, iOS / watchOS version, and the +1UP version (Settings → About). For sync issues, tell us whether both devices are on the same Apple ID.

FREQUENTLY ASKED

HOW DO I GIVE +1UP HEALTH ACCESS?

+1UP asks for Apple Health permissions once during onboarding. If you skipped or denied them, open the iOS Settings app → HealthData Access & Devices+1UP, and turn on the categories you want to share (steps, energy, sleep, heart, etc.). +1UP only reads the data you allow.

MY XP WON'T SYNC TO MY WATCH

Progress syncs through your own iCloud. Check that your iPhone and Apple Watch are signed in to the same Apple ID, that iCloud Drive is enabled, and that both devices have an internet connection. Sync can take a few minutes, so open +1UP on both devices to nudge it along.

DO I HAVE TO PAY AGAIN ON ANOTHER DEVICE?

No. +1UP is a one-time purchase tied to your Apple ID. Download it on any device signed in to the same Apple ID and tap Restore Purchases if asked, and you won't be charged twice.

HOW DO I ADD WIDGETS?

Long-press your Home Screen or Lock Screen, tap the + (or Edit), search +1UP, and pick from level, quests, vitals, stress, weight, XP chart, water and one-tap water-log widgets.

BREATHING / SHAREPLAY ISN'T STARTING

Solo breathing works any time. Co-op breathing needs an active FaceTime call with a friend who also has +1UP. Start the FaceTime call first, then tap “Breathe Together” in the Mindfulness tab.

HOW DO I REQUEST A REFUND?

Purchases are handled by Apple, so refunds go through them. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find +1UP, and follow Apple's process.

WHICH DEVICES ARE SUPPORTED?

iPhone on iOS 17 or later. The watch app requires an Apple Watch on watchOS 10 or later. Game Center features and the on-screen leaderboards are available on iPhone.
